Planning a trip

I'm planning a trip to New York for early June next year. It will be right after my highschool graduation, and I get to see my brother for the first time ever! There are no words to describe how excited I am about this. I talked to him about it, and he says he'd love to see me too :D This has just made my day. My boyfriend, Will Draper, has offered to go with me. We'll road trip, since it might be cheaper. All I need to do is save up money as much as possible so I can have money for gas, food, somewhere to stay, and a little extra so I can do a little shopping (I am a girl anyway lol ) *sigh* This is gonna rock, and I'll track my progress on my blog as I go.. When I figure out more stuff and definitely when I get back so I can write all about it. <3

Wuthering Heights

Although I thought you to be terribly boring, I've found you are a thrilling Romance novel. I shall never judge a book by its first 5 chapters again, My apologies. Honestly I was pretty excited when I could connect the characters of the opening scene to the ones of the main story line. :D I'm only halfway through at the moment, but will be finishing shortly. Then I'll only have The Poisonwood Bible to go. Think me a nerd as you may.. I've gone from despising reading with all my being, to finding it quite entertaining. :P

Crazy Cat

I was at my friend Savannah's house last night, and around 8 o' clock at night, her dad tells us about this cat he saw in the barn. So, being Savannah "the nature girl" and me just following her, we went out and tried to look for it. When we came upon the barn, she saw it right away. We had a flashlight because it was pretty dark at this point. I mostly helped keep her dogs (Roxie and Sadie) away while she tried to catch the cat. Sadie just kinda of minded her own business, but Roxie was curious. So, back to the cat. We chased/called/ motivated/ sneaked up on that cat for so long. Whenever it went under the tractor, I "meowed" it out, and then Savannah would startle it away.. It would go under the barn's porch a lot. It actually seemed attracted to Roxie; probably because I was meowing and it might have thought Roxie was a big cat meowing. However, it figured out that Roxie was a dog, and so that didn't help. Just when we were about to give up, thinking it was a lost cause, Savannah finally sneaks up on it and grabs it! So she took it inside and we left it on the back porch for the night. We didn't have any cat food to give it, so we fed it bread and milk. I guess it enjoyed it because when we got up the next morning, it was all gone.

And that's how the orange cat ended up on Savannah's porch :)

Love is a beautiful Thing

Okay, six long months ago, I would be the last person to be talking about love being a good thing, but that's just because Love had never graced my presence the way it has now. I may be cheesy, or "naive" to some, but I honestly think this has to be the happiest time in my life so far. I'm in love and loved. It's amazing. I only hope everyone gets the chance to find it as well. I find myself Smiling for no reason, and I can't believe my mood. I can't be upset about anything! (Which is odd for me) Love songs are constantly in my head and I don't know what I would do If I lost what I have. If this hadn't happened, I would be "fine" and "okay", but since it has happened, I am "great" and "extraordinary"

I really don't know what I can say about what I'm feeling and even what I've written wont suffice for what it really means to me, so I'll conclude here. May you all love and be loved. <3
